THE GOSPEL IS TRUE

Where did June go?? It feels like it just started! Well this was a crazy busy but awesome week. Now that we are full time in both wards, we are sooo busy! I got my new and last companion last week, Hermana Ogando. She is awesome and we get along really well! She is just learning English so she pretty much asks me after every conversation what happened haha. But everything is going great! We are soooo busy! We haven't been able to have all of our studies even one day this week yet.      When we started the week, since we will now be covering both areas, they combined all the information in our Area Book Planner app which has our schedule and everything on it. Well, when they combined the areas, something happened and all our plans and appointments got erased! It was so frustrating because we had a bunch of appointments set up for the upcoming week and now we didn't know what they were. So I had to figure everything out again and I hope we didn't miss anyone!    ...

Hello everyone     Last week for pday we had a root beer float party and played sand volleyball at a park! It was superrr fun. We had another super busy week. For FHE we carved watermelons which was actually fun and we gotta eat the insides haha.      We had some exchanges this week which is fun. I was with Sister Dalley for a day and she is literally the best. I love her. We are so similar and I took her to some of the hispanic investigators and for dinner we ate with a hispanic as well and she wants to be an Hermana sooooo bad. She's so cute. So that night I was with her, we went to the ward volleyball night at the beach (didn't go on the sand of course) but we were standing on the sidelines and our investigator Jack showed up. Then he started doing this work out right next to us. Just doing pushups and stuff and he got super sweaty and it was superrrrrrr awkward hahahahha. Funny tho.      We had a few really great lessons this week! We talked w...

Throw Up In The Car

Hiii, so last week we had to go to 2 zone activities because of the sisters we are over in the Carlsbad zone. We went to a park and went ice blocking. It was fun! Then we went to our own zone activity. We were all at this members house that was huge and they had bought a bunch of pizza and we hung out there for a while. I played this elder in chess and won. My brothers should be proud :) We had a Memorial Day party with our ward at the bishop's house. Our investigator Jack brought his electric guitar and played for everyone. He is super talented.      We have had a lot of service lately with this lady named Terra. She is disabled and is renovating her house. She is actually the investigator of some other elders but a few of us go help her for a couple hours a week. It's a lot of fun. We had a lesson with our investigator Ben and he is so awesome. You can tell he just has a pure desire. He comes from an atheist background so it's hard for him to understand the concept of a...
