Hi fam and friends.     Nothing too crazy this week. I got my haircut last week but you can't even tell, just got the ends off. It looks way better and healthier now haha. We had Presidents Interviews which are always fun and we will be getting our smartphones this next week. It's kinda weird but we will see how it goes!      This week some elders called us and needed a copy of the Spanish Book of Mormon and so we were on our way to the church when our investigator Tino calls us and asks where we were. He had gotten all dressed up and went to the church for the activity that is actually on THURSDAY nights, not Wednesday. So cute. But since we both happened to be there we ended up being able to give him a tour of the building and we explained the sacrament and read the prayers with him and it was awesome!!      Thursday all day we were doing service for a family in the branch. Helloooooo     Another great week! We had zone conference which was super powerful. We talked about working members and I don't really know how to explain it but the spirit was just super strong.      We started to have a noche de hogar with the members of our branch on Thursdays and it was so much fun! We watched the video of the restoration and everyone shared their testimonies and then we had food and all played volleyball. It was so much fun.     We haven't been able to really see our investigators this week because most of them have been sick! But we did pick up a new one named Luz and she is super sweet.      Okay I'm really sorry, usually i look over my journal and write down things that happened during the week so when i go to email I can remember what happened during the week but we didn't have time this morning so I can't really remember.... sorry! Hi, how are you guys??      This week was awesome!! On Tuesday it was absolutely pouring outside and our district had a blitz planned (where all the missionaries go into one area and tract to try and get referrals for the missionaries who work in that area). So we were just walking out in the rain and no one let us in and I just kept laughing because we were soaked and I imagined if you all could see a live video of me you guys would be laughing at me. But anyway.      We found 2 new investigators named Tino and Aurora. It was really cool because they just kept saying how they wanted to read the Book of Mormon because it's the word of God. And Tino, the dad, said that he was going to tell his work that he can't work on Sundays anymore because "his religion doesn't let him" and we hadn't even talked about the Sabbath Day or anything! Hiiii fam     So I am doing so great in my new area!! It's really different because it's a branch instead of a ward and there aren't all that many hispanics here, so I was a little nervous that we wouldn't have anything to do. But the Lord has blessed us so much with putting people in our path!     My new companion is Hermana Corona and I love her so much. She's from Utah but her parents are from Mexico so she helps me a lot with the language and we have a lot of fun together!     We have 3 investigators right now who are on date to be baptized on February 20th! They are so cute and are already really good friends with the members of the branch and participate in classes and stuff.     We are helping a 20 year old in the branch prepare for the temple and her mission!
