"Your Job!"

Hey!! I just wanted to say thank you so much for the package that my family sent me!! It was awesome and much appreciated!

This week I experimented and tried for the first time to make the enchiladas Verdes that a member taught me how to make and they were SOO good!! So I will for sure make them for you guys when I get back!

I have been really trying to learn piano in all my spare time and I am working on a French song that is really really pretty so I will take a video of me playing it when I get it down haha. And I got a simplified hymns book so I've been working with that whenever I can!

We have been practicing the song we are going to sing for Elder Clayton and it's sounding really good! I'm kinda nervous but really excited!

The other night we were on our way to go visit a less active member when we saw an old hispanic lady trying to get into her car so we went up and started talking to her and she ended up needing a blessing so we called the elders. So they gave her a blessing and then she started putting her hands up in the air and chanting at us and when we gave her a Book of Mormon she did it again! I think she was doing some sort of prayer thing I'm not really sure haha.

OH our mission might be getting iPads or iPhones soon. We all had to take a survey and do a training for them so I'm pretty sure we will soon. That will help a lot!

Funny story, our whole zone was helping a woman move this last week. She had to be out the day before and absolutely nothing was packed so she just told everyone to just throw stuff in bags and boxes whatever it was and do it as fast as they could. So we did that and I was in a room packing up stuff and I heard some elders calling my name so we went into the master room and all the elders were around the dresser, pointing and said "your job." so I walked over to look and it was a HUGE drawer full of lingerie hahahaha. So I had to clean it out and pack it up haha. It was pretty funny.

This weekend a senior missionary couple took my companion and I out to dinner at BJ's! It was really nice of them and we got pizookies for dessert! they were so good!!!

On Saturday morning we had sports with our district! We played volleyball and then I made the pumpkin spice pancakes that mom sent me in the package for everyone and we had breakfast! It was really good and fun.

Then we had the baptism on Saturday! It was really awesome. The boyfriend of the girl gave the talk about the Holy Ghost and he started crying during it. It was pretty cute!

This week we were listening to the "Try Everything" song from Zootopia and it reminded me of Megan so much. We used to listen to that song in the car together.

Well I hope you guys have a great week!! Love you!
