Embarrassing Moment

Hey this week was really good!! All my weeks are really good haha. This week we were teaching english to one of our members and he wants me to learn a song on piano for him to sing to and play it at our ward activity. I don't know how to play piano so we will see how that goes haha. I'm going to try. I have been wanting to learn how to play the piano again anyways so it will be fun. 

 

 

We had a long week of biking and no one answering their doors but it's okay because I know that everything is in the Lord's timing and if we are doing our part, that's all that matters. It's been getting pretty hot here so we are so sweaty all the time haha. 

 

 

The other day we had a ward party and it was a dance. It was really fun even though we just got to watch and help out haha. These people really know how to party.

 

 

The other day we were walking home and this man pulls up next to us and says "what are you guys doing?" and so we gave him the "we're missionaries from the Church...." that whole thing and then he just shouts his address at us and says "see you guys later" and drives away haha. It was funny but we'll see how that goes. 

 

 

An embarrassing story of this week. We were visiting a family in our ward and so at the end of the lesson we asked if we could pray on our knees. Well my dress had gotten stuck in the couch and so when I got down on my knees it came all the way up to my stomach and everyone could see everything and I just heard the guy go "Oh". I felt so stupid but it was funny haha. 

 

 

We bought Berna a quad of scriptures and got his name engraved on it. He was pretty excited about it. I really hope he gets baptized soon. He's so close. He told me he would get baptized while i was here but who knows. He's like my best friend here even though he's like 30. Anyway I love you guys, hope you have a great week!!
